(October 27, 2026) – Welcome to Music Jeopardy 72!  It’s the weekly music challenge where the blog provides the clues… and you provide the responses.  Each clue has point values — no dollars!  The player(s) with the most points gets bragging rights.

This round’s category — “Producer One-Two Punches” — is about producers whose songs occupied the top two spots on the charts simultaneously (by different artists).

These are all in fun and open to everyone!  The theme from last time — “More Iconic Album Covers” — generated 13 respondents, including one newcomer!  Seven got perfect scores (including the bonuses).  The 13 participants tied a record from last month (MJ67).

How will you fare this week?  Think you know your prolific record producers?  There’s only one way to find out: keep reading and play along!

You can post your responses in the “Your Thoughts” box below (they’ll be withheld from view until the contest closes), DM me on social media, or email me.  Please remember to include your name if you’re posting a comment here so we can give proper credit, and please don’t be that person who posts answers publicly on social media and spoils it for everyone.

All correct entries will be recognized in the next Music Jeopardy! post.  The prize, as always: eternal bragging rights.

Below are this week’s five clues plus three bonuses!  Answers to MJ71 are at the end, along with that game’s winners.  This week’s contest closes at 11:59 pm on Monday, November 2, 2026.
