(August 11, 2026) – Welcome to Music Jeopardy 64!  It’s the weekly music challenge where the blog provides the clues… and you provide the responses.  Each clue has point values — no dollars!  The player(s) with the most points gets bragging rights.

This round’s category — “Un-Meet the Beatles!” — are clues related to the year the Beatles landed in America and took over the charts, except from the perspective that they didn’t.

These are all in fun and open to everyone!  Last week’s theme — “Iconic 20th Century No. 1 Album Covers generated a record twelve (!) respondents — eleven of whom got perfect scores (also a record).  We will definitely be doing future album cover puzzles.

How will this week’s players fare?

Think you know your hypothetical un-Beatles trivia?  There’s only one way to find out: play along!

You can post your responses in the “Your Thoughts” box below (they’ll be withheld from view until the contest closes), DM me on social media, or email me.  Please don’t be that person who posts answers publicly on social media and spoils it for everyone. And, if you’re sending an anonymous comment, please remember to include a name or alias so we can give proper credit.

All correct entries will be recognized in the next Music Jeopardy! post.  The prize, as always: eternal bragging rights.

Below are this week’s five clues plus three bonuses!  Answers to last puzzle’s MJ63 (“Iconic 20th Century No. 1 Album Covers”) are at the end, along with last week’s winners.  This week’s contest closes at 11:59 pm on Monday, August 17, 2026.
